Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead the expansion and growth of our brand within the luxury hospitality, resort, and spa markets across the United States. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering wellness solutions that align with Therabody’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and execute a national sales strategy for the hospitality and spa channel.

Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, spas, and wellness retreats.
·
Manage and expand existing accounts to maximize revenue potential and brand presence.
Relationship & Account Management
·
Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers (spa directors, general managers, procurement leaders, etc.).
·
Collaborate with hospitality partners to create customized wellness experiences using Therabody products.
·
Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Execution
·
Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies.

Provide feedback to Product and R&D teams based on customer insights and market trends.
·
Partner with Training teams to deliver best-in-class product education for hospitality staff and guests.
Sales Operations & Reporting
·
Forecast sales pipeline and manage performance metrics to meet or exceed revenue goals.
·
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular reporting on account status, opportunities, and challenges.
·
Collaborate with internal teams on contract negotiations and pricing proposals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the hospitality/spa industry.
·
Demonstrated success in building and managing national accounts and strategic partnerships.
·
Deep understanding of the spa, wellness, and luxury hospitality sectors.
·
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
·
Experience managing a large territory
·
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·
Ability to travel up to 25%.
